I am having a huge problem with include statements and just can't figure it out! I have a website with three layers.

The first layer is a general layer where the other two layers reside.

The second layer is for a top sports story, a scoreboard for sporting events, an commentary of event currently happening in sports, a poll and a trivia question. All of these are using the
<!--#include file=""--> command successfully.

The third layer is for news stories, a stock ticker, a message board and a model of the week. This is the layer that I am having difficulties with. The news stories and stock ticker are an include file and working correcly. But when I try to put the message board include file in it completely blanks out the third layer, removes trivia and place the model of the week on the second layer. Is there a limit to the amount of include files that you can place in a page or has anyone every experienced this?
