Pure PHP Upload - JAVASCRIPT Errors

I've just installed PHP Upload, and i immediately get an error:JavaScript Error while loading Pure PHP UPload.htm:
Unable to open script file "../../../Shared/DMXzone/MX/Scripts/SmartDataURLTextField.js" (error3).
Please help
