Have multiple itmes in Select Box selected by def.

I have an app here where a person can select multiple categories for an entry using a SelectBox. What I want is to be able to repopulate the SelectBox for update with the appropriate selections made by default. However, I know that putting multiple "selected" in the <options> tag doesn't work. Any ideas on how this can be done? -Grimps
