Hi all,
I'm currently running Pure Upload 2.13 and addon pack.

So, I've created a simple test site to check if all works fine ; a small Database(ImageID=UniqueKey, Nom=Name, Image=Picture's path)

Insert form work's fine !! But the Update form does NOT !!! In this page, I tried to put only the file upload, so the result of the test is good but when I tried the "Delete file before update" from Addon pack, no result !!! If I check in the upload folder named "photo", the new file's there but no update to the database and still no result.

you can check it there - txt version

My error is: ===============

The error is an error with writing something to the memory and is caused by an com object, it is very hard to say what exactly is causing it. Try looking on the microsoft msdn site for this error, I think they even have a debugger for it.
