I have purchased ASP Upload and the Add On pack but lost the serial number email that I received to update the products. I have emailed DMXzone but have not gotten a reply back. Please make it easier for consumers to receive these serial numbers again if needed. An Email should be sent if the product is downloaded again. any thoughts?John Auzheal Clement

auz1111, can't you see the "MyPurchases" tab in the MyDMXzone page? I can see it right here and now! (ok, the staff is very slow to answer in this period, I noticed it too... I posted a question more than one week ago and only in the last 3 days someone answered me - successfully, I have to admit <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

HI yea, I have loaded the mega bundle on my PC a few times and over the last weekend I rebuilt my machine twice due to it not performing the way it should, Something has to be done with the serial numbers as as soon as you load the extension a few times they no longer work until someone resets something at DMXZONE, I have sent 6 emails and even begged to get it working but to no avail, I paid for the extension and I believe that an email should be sent to people if the serial number is no longer going to be of use. Today is monday and I have being waiting since saturday morning. can some one at dmxzone reset what ever needs to be reset.

thatelvis, for what I know you can install the extensions only 3 times, then I don't know what happens...
Patrick once said me via e-mail that in this case you have to contact them and they will reset the stuff... but, as I said, I know that giving support to customers is a sort of optional here (once I waited several days for an answer from George, then Patrick answered me and solved the problem - www.dmxzone.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=23875&FORUM_ID=308&CAT_ID=102&NewsId=1622&Topic_Title=Problem+with+dynamic+creation+of+Upload+Folder&Forum_Title=Bugs )
So, I don't wonder if nobody answers you... that's how things go: you pay, then you're left alone
I have only one install of PAU left (my computer crashed too several times), so I guess I'll use the old PAU - the one that didn't ask for online activation.
See you and... good luck <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
