Smart Image Processor doesn't work with IIS6

The Smart Image Processor will not scale the images in thumbnail format on my server (Win2003 server with IIS6).Even if I use the .dll file what comes with the package I get the failure. The .NET selection doesn't work also. (I have .NET installed)
Please help!

If you use the detect script that can be found at www.dmxzone.com/demo/sip/detectSIP.zip , does it detect the servercomponent?
With the ASP.NET did you give the asp.net user the correct permissions at the folder, asp.net runs with an other user then IIS does.
