Getting info from a database

Ive got an access database and I want to get info from it and put it in a drop down list on my web page.I also want to display some stuff in the database on my web page..
I really new to Ultra dev and web design and have NO clue how to do this..

Insert List/Menu item, click on it, choose List values...
Click on 'lightning icon' in 'item label' to choose what will be displayed and on 'lightning icon' in 'value' to choose what will be stored in DB.
