Strange Behavior Asp upload

Using Asp upload 2.1.2 I have a page with multiple forms.
When Applyng ASP Upload ..I have to sbmit forms twice to work !??
ANy help ??

Does the querystring has the ?GP_upload=true if you submit the first time?
Also it is advisable to upgrade to the 2.1.3 version.
