I was just wanting to know if anyone has had the same problem and overcome it.

In DWMX you have the option to add a database connection. You are given two options initially. Custom Connection String and DSN. I also have a Server running Windows 2000 that gives the option of OLE DB connection. This seems the best. I have now moved to a PC that is running XP, The DWMX on this PC does not Offer the OLEDB Connection. I was Wondering why this is not showing and how I can get it to show. I have installed MDAC 2.7 but still no OLE DB providers are showing. I have also tried that text doc into a UDL extension tutorial and that doesn't work either.

Any Help or ideas would be greatfully appreciated.

Sorry for all the problems got it sorted all it was, was a simple extension to enable OLE DB Connections.
