Pure asp upload 2.1.3

Hope you can help with this one.I'm Building a site on a server which does not allow ../ to be used in server side includes.
I have moved the Pure aso Upload 2.1.3 include files into the same folder as my upload page & changed the includes to this <pre id=code><font face=courier size=2 id=code> <!--#include virtual="/incPureUpload.asp" --> </font id=code></pre id=code> All include files have been uploaded to the server ok.
The form action is set to <pre id=code><font face=courier size=2 id=code> <form action="<%=GP_uploadAction%> </font id=code></pre id=code> is this correct.
I can browse for a file ok, but on upload I get the following error
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the page address is incorrect.

Please try the following:
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, check that it is entered correctly.
Open the www.yourpage.com.au home page and then look for links to the information you want.
HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed
Internet Information Services
Any help appreciated
