Hello,
How to create a long vertical line using Dreamweaver MX? It can just insert a horizontal rule only.

You could create a long image, you could create a long column with a colored background, or you tile and image in that column.

Hi,

Another way to do it is create a small graphic of your vertical line and use it as a table cell background that way it will tile automatically for you. Just create a cell for the background and a cell for your info as the info cell increases in size so will the vertical line.

you can also use CSS to set a left border on your text, so you get the line wherever you have type. (using the inbuilt CSS panel in DW)

you can also set "classes" if you only want the line on specific text areas on the page.
