aspupload not working with DM insrt behavior

I upgraded to aspupload 2.1 now none of my upload pages work. I tied to us it with the insert record behavior. first I made the page with out aspupload and it wored by updating the dtatabase. then I added the upload and the page willl not work. any suggestions
