Error Using Pure ASP upload

Hi,I am having problems with uploading images using Pure ASP.
An error has occured saving uploaded file!
Filename: /cactuslight/images/SrvView.nso
Maybe the destination directory does not exist, or you don't have write permission.
Please correct and try again.
I am getting the following error and I have installed IE 6 and the VBScript Engine. I am using Win2000 Professional and testing the page on my PWS. Please help.

Make sure you give read and write permissions to the upload folder.
