I just bought DWMX to replace FP2002 and would like to be able to include exterior page files inside a DW page. FP makes it very easy to do with "included pages" via the front page extensions, but I can't seem to understand how to implement ssi or whatever "include" routine necessary in DW.

Basically I need to have a common header, left side menu and footer on each page, with unique info to the right of the menu block.

You can see the layout at www.arthurbakerdesign.com/PT-Beta/, although I don't have this page setup with includes. Each section would also rely on a common css file for style definitions.

Any help on where to get info is appreciated.
