How can I let viewers upload their images? Help !!

I am setting up a site in which I want to have a database...I would like my viewers to be able to upload pictures of themselves on the website...the site will allow members to post their profiles for others to view, so in addition to letting members post profiles i would like them to have an option of posting their pictures...How can I do this, Thank you

If you are using asp check the Pure ASP Upload extension here at dmxzone.
