problem on uploading larger files

I have changed the time out setting to 60000 seconds, but still cannot upload larger files... is the problem with the server? Smaller files upload fine. I have been successful up to 16 meg, but can't seem to get beyond that. I need at least a 50+ meg capability... LLReplies
