I just got DW MX and have no clue how to use it at present, but want to learn / self-teach myself the basics within a month or two.

Can anyone recomend a good reference book that will take me through the whole DW design process? A friend reccomended the Visual Quickstart (Peachpit Press) book but I would welcome any ideas as other books that are easier to use and understand.
