Check new Username and Pure ASP Upload 2.0

I runing into 2 problems1. When applying Check new Usernam SB Pure ASP dose not work
2. When having 2 forms on the page with Insert SB (form1, form2) Pure ASP Dose not work and the whole page is wrecked, Please help
