I've recenlty bought pure upload and have had no problem uploading the files and file name to a access database, but now that the files are on the server and the filename is in the database how do I download them back??

I've had a run through these forums and saw a mention of file system object, do I have to do something with that?
is there an extension that I need?

If anyone can help that would be great, im using DMX with windows 2000 server.

it's ok I've worked it out, new problem now though how can I mask the file location as although the page will be password protected, if someone knows the file location they can just download the file bypassing the password.

The way i've done the download link is click on my download button gone to link and chosen data sources and chosen file from my database and then added ../files before the recordset , is that the correct way to do it??
