I have a site visitor, cannot upload images. She says it says ' jpg file not allowed for uploading'. If she sends me the exact same file I can upload it no problem. I read on here about a mac issue with file type restrictions but she says shes using a gateway ( i presume thats a PC?) She also says she is using AOL. Is there an issue with the AOL browser and pureASP?
Please dont suggest to me I remove the file type and size restrictions as it just is not acceptable for me to have people uploading huge or unreadable files.

A gateway computer is a pc, and AOL is using, I think, a netscape browser. If you do not want to take away the size restrictions, ask her to start her Internet Explorer browser, while connected to the internet.
