Hello, I just joined. I tried to read the tutorial on handling text in Flash. I have to scroll left to right making reading difficult. I have my rez set to 800x600 and tried decreasing text size in IE. Replies

yes, I tried switching rez up to 1024x768 but no improvement.
Anyway, isn't 800x600 rez a defacto standard for web design - given the presumption that the majority of web site visitors' monitors (not designers etc,) are 17"?
No one else having this problem?

OK I found the problem. Only Netscape and not IE displays the center-column articles properly, i.e. without needing to scroll right and left to read.
But only in 1024x768 rez, which is no problem for me since my eyes are still good.
