is there any way to check if the Clients bowser supports flash content from ServerSide.

I would like to create a script that can see if flash and/or quicktime are supported, and then send the matching html code to the client.

I know flash can be detected using javascript on the client sde, but that is not what im looking for.

Can somebody help me out,
Thanx.

OK, you'll need to have a peak inside the client's system to detect Flash/Quicktime, right...

So basically, I would imagine creating a "dummy" page which does the javascript detecting and redirects to the "real" page, only with a QueryString for instance default.asp?flash=true&qt=false. If I'm not mistaking, you could just grap those two and use them at the server...

Is that what you're looking for<img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_clown.gif border=0 align=middle>
