Hi everybody,

I just bought the Mega Bundle and I'm having a problem.

I searched all the posts in the TalkZones and I found the exact same problem but with no direct solution so I hope you can help me out .

This is the enoying error I get <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle> :
<font color=red>-----------------------------------------
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0005'

Invalid procedure call or argument

/ScriptLibrary/incPureUpload.asp, line 199
-----------------------------------------</font id=red>

The website is not on my computer but on an ISP with ASP support running on a Windows 2000 server.

I can easly FTP on it with the correct username and password.

Now, I want to upload an image to the _private directory. My database is in the _private directory and I can change the records so the read/write restrictions are ok I guess but I still get the error.

<img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle>Question:
<font color=green>1. Does anybody know what I need to do to sovle this error I get (step by step)?
2. Do I need to pass on the FTP username and password with the code or something (if yes, how?)?</font id=green>

<i>Thanks in advance,</i>

Your upload folder is probably invalid - what did you enter as upload folder?

Greetings,
George

George, thanks for the reply. I can actualy kill myself (don't worry, I won't). I tried to upload to the "_private" folder but the asp file that I was using was in a subdirectory and not in the root of the site. So when I try to upload to _private the map isn't there <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle>

Now it works proper. I placed the asp file with it's connections and scriptlibrary to the correct folder (root) and now it works <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

I thought I tried that before but aperantly not hihi.

Thanks again, now I can use Pure ASP upload and finish my site.
