Hello to all,I'm very new to PHP and I'm wondering if there's a difference between PHP and PHP4?
Should I make my pages with PHP or PHP4?

hi,
I would recommend using what the newest version, or the newest available version that your host supports, i think the current build is 4.3.0 ... the manual has everything you need to know about PHP available in many formats but heres the online version www.php.net/manual/en/manual.php
theres a topic in the manual on migrating from from php 3 to php 4 www.php.net/manual/en/migration4.php
check out www.zend.com for tutorials and more info relating to php
hope that helps <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
