I have been having problems installing a site using Pure ASP Upload. I keep getting the error:Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01ad'
ActiveX component can't create object: 'Scripting.FileSystemObject'
The FAQ in DMX Zone 'Pure ASP Upload: ActiveX component can't create object' gives the solution to is:
'Install the latest VBscript engine on your server - you can get it from msdn.microsoft.com/scripting'.
I have copied all pages and comments to the ISP (WIN NT) that host the site in question. They say they have done what it says, but I still get the same error.
Could there be anything else that is causing the problem, or does the ISP not understand what has to be done. If so, would you mind spelling it out exactly what they have to do.
I hope you can help me on this.
Thanks
Stewart

Well unfortunately this is really *only* the problem described above. So it is just the VBscript engine with is not installed correctly. Your provider should really solve this.
