I get this error when I use it on an NT 4 box

Upload Folder: "images"
Please correct and try again

It works fine on other sites I have, its just this one and its exactly the same application running.

I have the images folder with read write execute permission what should I do?

make sure you have updated ADO to 2.5+ (get the latest MDAC from www.microsoft.com/data) and also updated VBscript engine to the latest (msdn.microsoft.com/scripting)
