I'm doind a tutorial on frames. In the book I am using, it says I can modify each frame in the frameset page. It says in the property box that I should be able to set value, units and use a rowcol selection. I don't have these options listed in my property box. What am I doing wrong. Would appreciate any assistance as this is driving me crazy. Thanks in advance.
