I'm writing some FAQ's and Tutorials about SQL Server and SQL in general, in the pipeline are:

<ul><li> Scripting objects </li><li> Tuning your Database </li><li> Upsize Access to SQL </li></ul>

Those are currently on my todo list, does anyone else have a good idea for a FAQ or tutorial in relation to SQL matters then don't hesitate to ask, just don't make it SUPER advanced because that is also out of my league <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

I've written a few short SQL articles the past weeks, you can find them in the various SQL sections or collected on my page:

Hi Dennis,

yes I dohave an idea. I have found that one of the most painful things about SQL is the datetime datatype, especially from a UK perspective. Mabe you can cover DATEDIFF DATEADD DATEPART etc etc.

Yes, there's tons to be said about dates... I will look more into the dates and will write some more about the datepart in the future, for now I point you to my "how to create a birthday list with datepart":
