I knew I should never have installed it!I've removed the advanced recordset extension, then Impakt tNG (DWMX) but I still have the recordset dialog showing 'standard' or 'safe' and the pages aren't working correctly.
Can anyone tell me how I can get DWMX back to as it was before I installed Impakt tNG (the free demo version)?
Many thanks

Hello,
Advanced Recordset overwrites some Macromedia files. We tested it, but we didn't find this problem.
Please report all bugs you find in our products to our site and we will do the best we can to correct them.
I think the best way for you is to reinstall Macormedia Dreamweaver MX.
Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for your post. I've tried to find a bug tracking area of your site but can't see it. So I've emailed Alexandru about this.
Extensions should never replace standard files because the knock-on effects are totally unpredictable. I can't possibly purchase Impakt until it doesn't overwrite anything. It should really be uninstallable and return DMX to exactly the same state it was in before Imakt was installed.
