<font face='Tahoma'>I recently installed the complete MX package onto a Win95 OS and for the last 2 days, the user is receiving Locked file error message when trying to launch Fireworks 6.0. I know there is a known issue with the 3.0 version when using McAfee virus-scan software. Has anyone ran into a similar problem and any tips in resolution?

Although it probably works for the most part, no MX product bears any sort of approval for Windows 95, the minimum requirement is Win 98 SE-- not sure if that is part of the problem.

Did you install MX with the virus protection software on? When I worked for Quark Tech Support (before they moved it all to India) the install program would fail to write certain files properly or at all if any virus protection software was enabled.

Just a thought...
