SIP Image Processor - Where is it?

I purchased and downloaded the SIP extension.All I see is the .mxp extension.
How do I locate the COM Object picture processor that is supposed to be included?
How can I get this picture processor to my server tech for installation?

Follow the tutorial for installation of the COM object under the UI and HELP button.
