Have you checked which server component is installed on the server?

By checking with your hosting server and see what components they have installed.

you know sometimes how you dont have the first clue how to do something then all of a sudden it makes perfect sense? guess what, lol.
i found the script to check what components were installed on my host's server and whilst im waiting for them to install the correct components i have installed the conPictureProccesor.dll on my system so that my site, run locally under IIS works OK. The extension is absolutely top quality (as ever). Thanks for prodding me in the right direction.
