All I want to do is purchase the Windows 3.0 extention, but I can find the link to do that. Loose the side ways scrolling windows. The poor design of the site design makes me wonder if I should buy the extention at all.

As for the "poor design", can you let me know what resolution you are using? Maybe changing the resolution on your computer will take away the side ways scrolling.
