Whats the difference between asp, jsp, php, & all that?

I don't know about jsp but php is easier to program than asp (for me anyhow) and is a nicer more structured language to learn.
ASP = Microsoft aaaaaaaaargh
PHP = GNU nnnnnnice
Other than that your main question you should be asking is which of the three is your ISP capable of running with.
