What the hack is needed for .net?

I´m trying hardest to find out the answer to one simple question:Is there a way to use .Net on an IIS 4 Win NT SErver? Or am I damned to use ASP 2 forever? Changing the Server with it´s hundreds of sites would be to much unpaid work for me.....
