has anyone had much luck using dreamweaver mx templates and visual studio .net? i do both design and development, and both tools have their strengths. here is what i would like to be able to do, but haven't had much luck doing it.

i would like to use code-behind. i can create the page in mx and vs.net will automatically create the code-behind page. that is fine. the problem is when i change the template in mx, it trashes the first line of my .aspx file that references the code-behind page.
