I just got DWMX and all my white text on black background is invisible. All the text in the work area is black. I have some black backgrounds on my site with white text. But I can't seem to get the text any other color but black in the DW window. In the Browser window it's fine. Help!? Replies

Strange, but I've seen stranger...
One thing to check is your Code Coloring preferences. In the Site Files window (main DMX window) click Edit/Preferences. In the Preferences popup click Code Coloring (3rd from the top) and verify that nothing's weird there. This applies to the code view, and probably doesn't have anything to do with your current issues, but at least you know where it is now <img src=../images/mxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
Then go to Highlighting. This is where I had a problem with dynamic data - depending on how you have it set, it can really mess with the page view. I keep all of mine unchecked (there's a 'Show' column with checkboxes) because I can usually tell what's Editable, Nested, Locked, Translated, etc without color coding help.
Good luck!

Thanks Ned but I looked all through those prefs and nothing helped. Any other ideas? Any other messageboards?
