When I try to use the Insert Record w/ Ident extension in Dreamweaver MX I receive an error message: Javascript error while loading Insert record w/ Ident...Unable to open script file ../EditOperations.js (error2)

I don't think this is an MX extension. MX puts its scripts in a different location than UDx did, and many of the old extensions won't work. You may be able to find where the scripts SHOULD be and move them there manually, but you're pretty much on your own unless you're an extension wiz.
