I seem to keep on getting this error message on my www.sportscarracer.com/news.php page!

Warning: Host 'server1.speedyservers.com' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/sportsca/public_html/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 111

The hosts keep on trying to sort it out, however, it keeps on coming back. They suggest that it is a problem with the code on my side!

I'm not sure what I've done wrong, as it's all the same for other sites i have worked on.

If anyone can help me find a solution, it would be greatly appreciated!
