I have try to do a page where visitors can fill out a form, then i want the form to be inserted into a db. But i can not get it working i got this errormessage ( I am a swed and i will try to translate to english)

Note i do not try to update, i try to insert....

There's a few reasons that error can popup, it can be permission related or you're are trying to insert a JOINED query, multiple tables which will fail with the standard insert behavior.
