I recently built a file swapping site for my band. Here's what I need. I want to play/stream the songs from the site. I was thinking of building a dynamic movie with FLASH, but not sure it would work since Flash needs to "import" files. Any ideas peoples?

first off flash. it's an awsome tool, and even though i haven't worked with sound in it, i am 99.9% certain it would work. depending on your coding proficiency you would have 2 decide. (ps. i found actionscripting relatively easy 2 learn, but have a fair bit of coding behind me...)

the easiest way of course is using a activeX control. this has so many limitations that i don't even want to get into it, but it would cut development time to about 2 minutes.
