Repeated Region

hiI have tried using the tutorial on nested repeated region and is successful for CategoryItems. Now the thing is how do I create a nested region on the SubcategoryItem that would appear like a search directory. For example,
Business & Economy
B2B, Finance, Shopping, Jobs...
I have many SubcategoryItems in one Category and I would like them to show 4 SubCat in each Category.
