I'm wondering if RESTRICT ACCESS TO PAGE is suppose to work like this?I have setup 4 security groups, admin/executive/director/peon and 4 pages for each group.
as soon as the user logs in from the login page (depending on their access level) it redirects to the admin page then to executive page then to director page then to peon page. until it gets to the proper access level and goes to that (admin/exec/director/peon) page.
it seems to work fine, but my question is what would be the pros/cons for doing it like this?
thanks in advance!

I would have created a Login page for each level. ie whatever your access levels are based on..
When the user clicks a link to a restricted access area, they are automatically presented with a login that is relevant to their destination. You need to set the restricted access behaviour on each page (within your secure area)and specify its access level. making any sence?! Thats all I can tell you .
