two server behaviors are not working.
1.insert record: when form is submitted doesn't insert record or go to specified page, instead refreshes, clearing the form.
2.user authentication: when form is submitted it returns, page can not be displayed, instead of specified page
i am using a access database with a dsn-less connection. the pages are asp(vbscript). the connection works fine i can view the tables through the application:databases window. i am also using the connection, with no problem, for dynamic menus. can you think of anything i might be doing wrong?
Thanks

I am actually seeing a similar problem. Although I am pretty new to this, I have been scewing with the User Authentication Server Behavior for a couple of days now. For me, when I set it up against an Access (or any other ODBC style connection) It appears to work up until you hit the submit button. At that point, even if the username and password exists, I get kicked to the page that denotes a failure, rather than a successful login....WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???
