I am wondering if access can achieve this function, as an example: when user selects from a drop-down menu "very good" (the menu will include "not good", "so so", "good", "very good", etc.), or whatever from the menu, a value will be assigned to the choice. This value will then be automatically used in a formula for some calculation. (I am trying to make a grading function)
