Has anyone encountered or solved this problem?

I created a form and used dynamic textfields and menu lists from the server behaviors to populate the form when it first loads. I want the page to have the ability to update the record if there are any changes in the text fields.

I tried to add an update record behavior to the page and I received this error:

While executing onLoad in Update Record, the following JavaScript error occurred.
At line 914 of file C<img src=../images/dwzone/forum/icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>rogram files......EditOperations.js: TypeError: tagList[j].type has no properties.
