Followed upgrade intructions and ran convert progam to convert existing site, rebuilt connection and updated adodb files. Database access seems to be fine, and locally updating database with "Insert record update form PHP" or "Insert record insertion form PHP" works but ...when uploaded to my hosting company's server I get this error
Parse error: parse error, expecting `T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING' in /www/htdocs/..(path to file) on line 10
The line referred to in both an insert or update contains this code
<?php require_once(ADODB_DIR."/KTeditOps_declareVars.php" ?>
Any ideas? The code generated by the older version of Phakt worked great.

Hello,
It seems that your ISP does not support PHP defines completely.
ADOdb requires PHP 4.0.3pl1 minimum to allow the usage of defines correctly.
Please test the PHP version and let me know what you have on the server.

My ISP is running PHP 4.0.2
...and that's something that isn't liable to get changed real soon.
A work-around? I guess Phakt 1.3.0 used an earlier version of ADOdb. I don't suppose that I can just copy the old ADOdb files back and expect a fix?
