Pure ASP Upload a Crap? Wy It Doesnt work!?

Hi!I start a new UDV page. I create a new insertion form, I apply the Puse ASP upload extension and it inserts all the code but it doenst modify the old record insertion code so the upload wont work and it wont insert data either.
How can I fix this? I made the tutorial, made too many attempts, the only one time it worked I made almost 30 atempts! How can I make it work!?
