Hi!

I don't have much experience with dreamweaver yet, so I'm wondering how to create a tabbed navigation bar for my website.

Something like the one on top of this page: www.projectseven.com/

The problem lies in highlighting the currently selected tab. I created the navigation bar as an object in my library, so that DW can auto-update all pages when I change it. But this way, I had to create one library item for each possible tab highlighted.

That doesn't seem like a good idea to me. How would you guys do that ?

P.S. I'm trying to avoid Java Applets and Flash

I make the tabs seperate cells of a table, and when used with a javascript call, I can get an effective highlite color for very lite code size. The javascript does a mouseover (change table cell BG color to) and mouseout (change table cell BG to transparent)
