Does PureASP Upload 1.5 works also with non-relative paths for upload folders? I mean, does it works also with Server.Mappath?
I ask this becouse a strange thing happened to me: on my local PC I set the upload directory to ../../public/uploaded (as you see, I have to go up two directories and then go to public/uploaded: the Extension Help says to use relative directories)...
On my remote site, the path is ../public/uploaded (this time I have to go up once, before entering in the public/uploaded directory)... I uploaded on the remote server the files with ../../public/uploaded path, and of course I expected an error but... IT WORKED! I had no need to modify the path, it works fine as is...
Can someone explain me why? (this is a nice things, nothing to be worried about: I'm just curious about that...)
